General Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the ex99 platform and its users ("Member" or "you"). ex99 is a secure and reliable online gaming platform that provides live casino, slots, and cricket betting services for users in Bangladesh.

Only start using the platform after reading and fully understanding these terms. ex99 reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms at any time. Continuing to use the platform after any such change means you have automatically agreed to the updated terms.

• These terms are written in Bengali and apply to users in Bangladesh.
• Using any service on the platform means you consent to these terms in their entirety.
• All content, graphics, and software on the ex99 platform are protected by ex99's intellectual property rights.
• Reusing or distributing any part of the platform for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.

Account Registration

Each user must create an account to access services on ex99. All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.

2.1 Registration Requirements

• Each person may create only one account — multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.
• The name, address, and contact details provided at registration must be entirely truthful.
• Keeping the account password confidential is the member's own responsibility.
• The account may not be transferred or sold to anyone else.
• ex99 may request necessary documents at any time for identity verification.

2.2 Account Security

If you notice any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your account, notify the ex99 support team immediately. ex99 will not be held responsible for any loss resulting from disclosure of your account password.

Age Requirements

The ex99 platform is for individuals aged 21 and above only. Minors are strictly prohibited from creating an account or using this platform.

• At the time of registration, you must confirm that you are at least 21 years of age.
• ex99 may request a national identity card or other documents at any time for age verification.
• Creating an account with false age information may result in account closure and forfeiture of the balance.
• ex99 is obligated to take necessary steps to prevent minors from accessing the platform.

For ages 21 and above only — "For ages 21+". This age limit applies and ex99 will make no exceptions on this matter.

Deposits & Withdrawals

The following guidelines apply to depositing and withdrawing funds on the ex99 platform. All transactions are completed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT/৳).

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

The following payment methods are currently supported on ex99: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and other major commercial banks). Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used.

4.2 Deposit Limits

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (for each method).
• There is no set maximum deposit limit, however verification may be required for large amounts.
• Funds deposited into the account are for the registered user's use only.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 10 to 45 minutes — though it may take longer on occasion due to verification.
• All bonus wagering requirements on the account must be met before submitting a withdrawal request.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• ex99 may suspend or cancel a withdrawal if fraud or a breach of rules is suspected.

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

Various bonuses and promotional offers are available on the ex99 platform. Each offer has its own terms, which are detailed on the relevant offer page.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 earns a bonus of ৳1,000, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. Depositing ৳32,000 or more earns the maximum bonus of ৳15,000, giving a total balance of ৳47,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 25x wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated based on the bonus amount only — not the combined total of the deposit and bonus. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = complete ৳25,000 in bets before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

• If wagering is not completed within the specified time after the bonus is credited, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Claiming bonuses using multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• If ex99 finds evidence of bonus abuse, it may close the account.
• The terms of promotional offers may change without prior notice.

Gaming Policy

All games available on the ex99 platform operate in accordance with fair play principles. Transparency is ensured across all categories — live casino, slots, and cricket betting.

• All game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG), verified by a third party.
• Any attempt to artificially influence the outcome of a game is prohibited.
• Once a betting decision has been made, it is not possible to change or cancel the bet.
• ex99 reserves the right to subsequently correct any erroneous payout caused by a software error.
• In the cricket betting section, bets may only be placed on confirmed and active matches.

If a game is interrupted due to a technical issue, ex99 will review the status of the relevant bet and take the necessary action. ex99's decision on this matter will be considered final.

Responsible Gaming

ex99 is committed to responsible gaming practices. We provide a number of safeguards to help our members enjoy a healthy and enjoyable gaming experience.

• Members may set their own deposit limits.
• If needed, a request can be made to temporarily suspend the account for a specified period.
• If signs of problem gambling are observed, ex99 may reach out on its own initiative.
• A request to permanently close an account can be made through the support team.

9.2 Conduct Toward the Support Team

Respectful and courteous conduct is expected when dealing with the ex99 support team. ex99 reserves the right to end communication and suspend an account if disrespectful, threatening, or abusive language is used.

Account Suspension & Closure

ex99 may temporarily or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances.

• Violation of any clause of these terms and conditions.
• Creating an account with false or incomplete information.
• If fraud, bonus abuse, or any other deceptive activity is proven.
• If it is proven that a minor is using the account.
• If account closure is required for legal reasons or at the direction of a regulatory authority.

After an account is closed, any valid balance (excluding bonuses and disputed amounts) will be returned to the respective member. A member may also request account closure at any time through the support team.

Limitation of Liability

The ex99 platform is provided on an "as-is" basis. We make every effort to ensure uninterrupted availability of the platform, however temporary disruptions may occur in certain circumstances.

• ex99 is not responsible for any losses caused by technical errors, network issues, or third-party service disruptions.
• ex99 will not accept liability for losses caused by a member's own negligence or use of an unsecured device.
• Financial losses from gaming are entirely the member's own responsibility.
• ex99 does not guarantee wins in any game and does not promise income from gaming.
• In the event of unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, war, government restrictions), ex99's liability will be limited.

Changes to Terms

ex99 reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. In the case of significant changes, members will be notified via email or through a notice on the platform.

• Updated terms and conditions will be considered effective from the date they are published.
• Continued use of the platform after changes have been made will be considered as acceptance of the new terms and conditions.
• If you do not agree with the new terms and conditions, please request account closure.
